That framing is the product. If you are a solo founder or a small team where the same person does marketing, sales and admin, the pitch lands, and the pricing is genuinely aggressive for what is bundled. If you are a larger business with a real marketing function, you are buying capacity you already have.

One small thing worth noticing before we get to money: the site itself is inconsistent about how many employees there are. The homepage lists seven, while the pricing FAQ and the reviews page both say six. It is a trivial error, but it is the kind of trivial error that tells you the marketing pages move faster than the proofreading.

Marblism Pricing: The Number and the Real Number

Here is the part that matters, taken directly from the official Marblism pricing page with the billing toggle flipped both ways.

The “USD 24/mo, less than a coffee a day” line on the homepage and the pricing hero is the annual rate. Marblism does say so in the FAQ — “Plans start at USD 24/month on the yearly option” — so this is not hidden, but the headline and the FAQ are a scroll apart and only one of them is in large type.

What the 50 Hours Actually Buy

Every plan includes 50 hours of AI work per month, and they reset monthly rather than rolling over. Marblism’s own FAQ is clear about the mechanic: “Hours are only consumed by advanced AI actions — chat and quick tasks don’t use them. When you run out, you can purchase flexible top-ups at any time.”

The good news is that ordinary back-and-forth with an agent does not burn the meter, so the 50 hours are spent on real output rather than on conversation. For a solo operator that is likely to be enough, and it compares well against paying a virtual assistant for the same work.

The terms of service add a second wrinkle that the pricing page does not. Section 9.3 states that Marblism determines, “in our reasonable discretion, which actions consume the allowance and how consumption is measured”, and that it “may refine this measurement methodology over time”. So the 50 hours are not a fixed unit you can plan against — the definition of an hour is the vendor’s to adjust.

Credit where it is due, though, because the same clause contains the best sentence in the document: “We will not charge you for usage beyond your plan without your consent.” If you hit the ceiling, tasks pause until the allowance resets or you choose to buy more. There is no silent overage bill, which is more than a lot of usage-metered software can say.

The Costs the Pricing Page Does Not Show

The single-plan presentation is clean, and it is also doing some work. Two of the seven employees have usage limits that the public page does not mention at all.

Independent hands-on testing published by My AI Guide reports that Stan, the lead generation agent, includes 300 leads a month, with paid tiers from about USD 29 to USD 69 a month for 750 to 2,000 leads; and that Rachel, the receptionist, includes 15 calls a month, with similar tiers from about USD 29 to USD 69 for 300 to 1,000 calls.

If those numbers are right, then a business that actually wants Rachel to answer its phone is not on a USD 24 plan. Fifteen calls is under one call per working day. The honest way to read the Marblism pricing page is as a base rate for the writing and admin agents, with the two agents that touch the outside world metered separately.

Budget accordingly. If your reason for buying is call handling or serious outbound, price the add-on tier into your decision before you commit to a year.

Refunds, Auto-Renewal and the Seven-Day Window

This is the section we would want a friend to read before clicking subscribe.

The money-back guarantee is seven days, and it applies to your first purchase only. Marblism’s terms of service say to “contact support within 7 days of your first purchase for a full refund”, and that otherwise “payments are non-refundable”. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from account settings, and you keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for.

Put those two facts together and the annual plan looks different. You pay USD 288 on day one, and you have until day seven to decide. After that there is no proportional refund; you simply keep access until the year runs out. If you are not certain, the USD 44 monthly plan is the more expensive option that is also the cheaper mistake.

Two clauses deserve credit, because they are fairer than most SaaS terms. If Marblism materially reduces the features or usage allowance of a plan during a term you have prepaid, you may cancel within 30 days and receive a prorated refund of the unused portion. And price changes only take effect at your next renewal, with at least 30 days of email notice before any increase. Neither is universal in this market.

Two more terms to know. Everything the agents produce is yours — the terms state plainly that “all content generated by your AI Agents are your property”, which matters if Penny is writing your blog. And the service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no uptime warranty, with total liability capped at what you paid in the previous twelve months. That is standard for the category, but it means a bad week costs you the week.
